The $4-bllion dollar snowsports industry today faces stagnant economic growth at a time when interest in the outdoors is growing dramatically post-COVID – especially among people of color (POC).

However, it’s estimated that only 10% of snowsports enthusiasts out on the slopes identify as POC.

We think that should change. At POCs on Skis, we provide underrepresented minority groups in America with the opportunity and confidence to enjoy the natural world in an entirely new, powdery way – thus diversifying the snowsports industry’s client base in the process.
